mid and windows not working

I have a 92 318i I just purchased. It runs perfectly but the windows and sunroof dont work. The on board computer also just says -35F and doesn't work. I have checked the fuses and each switch doesn't not have power. I have checked the circuit breaker is ok. I dont know where to turn. Any help would greatly be apreciated.

Uh no. It's an E36, not an E38.

Maybe the fuse has blown-up for that. Check it.
