rate your caliber

im about to by a used (43000 miles) 07 sxt was curious about what you guy think of yours 1 to 10

I have read in Consumer Reports that these cars are not the greatest. In fact I have heard that these cars are pretty crappy in general.
Probably just ticked off a whole bunch of Caliber owners and I am sorry, but the truth hurts.

actually we bought it and it has been a great car not as good on gas as the sticker said but the wife drives 75 + all the time other than that its great

I love my Caliber and I have owned a bunch of different cars. Teddie, is the hurtful truth based on Consumer Reports alone? I read those reviews, and drove the car afterwards. This was before I bought it. The reviews in my opinion were without merit.

Love my 2009 Caliber SXT only complaint is the fuel gage issue it's not accurate and they are working on a fix that hopefull should be out in a couple of months.

You will hear people complain about the CVT it's great and you can save money on gas if you drive it like it should be driven. If you are looking to go fast off the line buy a sports car and pay big bucks as the Caliber is not the choice for you. Great affordable car good on gas, great sound system. I recommend the sports option as it has some great options and it drives better then the base model.

Oh I forgot to mention the yellow colour is a bad choice. The SunBurst Orange is the best choice.
