*** W-BODY COIL-OVER UPPER SPRING PERCH ***

Look what I made up... Some upper coil over spring perches/mounts! I know there were a bunch of people a while back that were looking for these, and since they don't seem to be made anymore, here these are.

If there's interest, I have the ability to mass-produce these.

As you see, they're similar to the TDC mounts Josh (TurboSedan) from gmwbody.com had on his car, but these were designed a bit differently so they fit snug into the OEM-style strut mount. These have to be hammered into the OEM strut mount with a rubber mallet, or you can set it in there and slam the whole setup against a desk to wedge it in there. It comes out of the strut mount (if needed) with some slight prying from a screwdriver. IMO they should work better this way because they won't be resting on the springs, but we'll see....

What's it made out of (material) and how is corrosion prevented...?

It's made out of aluminum
