I want to change the spark plugs and wires already got them, but where are the plugs on the car? Also I got the wire set and only 2 wires in the box is that right? I need to change the fuel filter is it under the passenger rear seat (fuel tank)?:banghead:

Mine's a V6 but I'd expect to see the plugs looking back at me if I opened the hood. If there are four plugs, there should be four plug cables. Take it back and ask to see another identical set. Somebody may have lifted two cables from your box and the other two from another box to make their own free set.
The two fuel pickups are on each side of the tank and are accessible by removing the rear seats to get to the covers under the carpets. Changing the fuel filter on these cars (I have an '01) doesn't come up often, so I'm not sure even where it's located. If you think you need a new fuel filter, try running some fuel injector cleaner through a tank of gas first. It can clean the filter as well as the rest of the fuel delivery system. If the car isn't starving for fuel under high load conditions, such as driving fast or accelerating up a hill, then the fuel filter isn't restricting fuel flow.

Got the plugs changed they are under a plastic panel on top of the engine. There are 2 coils that go to the plugs and 2 wires that go to 2 plugs they attach to the 2 coils. It is running better, but I will change the filter out anyway because I have run several cleaners through it and it still runs a little rough when the AC is on I want to see if it is that. The dealership said that is probably the problem.

Okay, I've seen some engines that have the coil sitting on one plug and the cable going to the other plug that the coil fires. My '96 Kia Sportage (Mazda engine) was that way.
As for the rough running with the air conditioner compressor engaged, that seems to be a common trait for these cars. There are several posts on other Hyundai message boards that describe that problem. I'm not sure changing the fuel filter will help, but it can't hurt - it just may be effort wasted, that's all.
