99 VW New Beetle Radio Dash Kit Question

Bout to buy a 99 New Beetle and alot of the buttons on the stock radio that's in it doesn't work and only has cassette player anyway which will not work for my wife... :runaround: Looked up the dash kit for the radio on scosche.com but doesn't say dimensions of radio that would fit, can anyone please tell me what size radio will fit in the dash kit please.

Also do I need an antenna adapter kit?
