Have you considered removing the fan and replacing it with an electric fan? I did that with an old Pontiac and was very satisfied with the performance of the fan.

Is your old one bad?
What is it doing or not donig?

Most parts places have cheap and good and best.
Also go for the best.
Or dealer OEM fan clutch.

I'll have to agree with going with the better brands, especially if you're doing a lot of hauling and trailering. They are usually listed as "heavy-duty". Get the best one that you can afford.

I personally would like to replace mine with an electric fan. I can't stand all that roaring fan noise when the truck is driven after the engine is first started from cold. Sounds like I'm taxiing an airplane down my street....sorta.

I have seen various aftermarket fan setups, but also have seen some threads about electric fans from Corvettes modified to fit. Either way, that is a ~$300+ change out (fan, temp controller, harness, etc) and not much HP gain per buck, so it is low on my to-do list. But since you're note having to cool the transmission fluid, you're cooling requirements may be lower.
