Occasional Bump

:banghead:I have a 97 Mercury Sable with a problem that can't be totally identified. About a year ago, I started noticing an occasional bump in the front wheel area on the passenger side. My mecahanic has replaced the 2 motor mounts(cracked), 2 sway bar links, 2 CV axles, 2 lower ball joints and the transmission cylinoid. The bump still won't go away. About 9 months ago the brakes and rotors were replaced. I know there's age on the car, but the car has been well kept. When the bump begins, it occurs about every 12-15 seconds. The speed doesn't matter. I can drive 40 - 70mph and it still happens at the same intervals. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Put that puppy on jack stand and get back to me after you run it through the gears, with the wife or kid at the wheel, listen and pay attention, after all we cant afford to chaing or mind
