Ya jack da car up in da air, take da 5 lug nuts off, n da wheel will come off. Den just put da new wheel on.....
Your car is going to ride like crap. With 24" rims your going to have about 2 inches of tire at max.
For the rims to fit, you have to figure out the offset and bolt pattern of the stock rims and match it. I have no idea what the offset is, but the bolt pattern is 115x5. Then to get the appropriate size wheel without messing up the spedometer calibration, you can just calculate the diameter of the stock rim plus tire, and then subtract the size of the aftermarket rim and the product will be how much tire you can have.
Large rims and low pro tires are expensive man, may I ask, is your car paid off?

Not only is the ride quality going to be similar to sitting on a juicer, but your car is going to get terrible gas mileage in town, accelerate slower, and handle horribley.
