car won't start/sensor making buzzing noise

I have a 2000 Hyudai Accent that won't start. It cranks up just fine but after a few seconds after you actually crank it the car dies. Before this the car would start fine but it would be very sluggish accelerating and it would take 3-4 times to start the car up. My fiancees dad decided to reset the computer in the car and thus caused it not to start at all.
There is one sensor in the car that is making a buzzing noise when the key is in the on position and it gets very warm even though the car hasn't been cranked.

Sorry for the bad quality. It is the sensor in the middle of the picture right below the throttle body(?). I am unsure what this sensor is called. I believe the throttle position sensor is the one on the very right and the MAF is toward the right off picture.
Could this be reason why it won't start? Also the o2 sensor is going bad.

That's not a sensor. I'm fairly certain that it is the idle control valve. If it's stuck shut and can't open, the car won't get any air. Try opening the throttle a bit and then cranking.

Edited the picture. The thing circled in red, are you sure it is an idle control valve. It does have a electrical plug on it like the other sensors on the car does.
I'll try what you said later today as I'm at work right now.

I just looked at my Hyundai. Yeah, it's the idle control valve. If this isn't opening, or the passage is blocked, no air can get in while cranking.

Re-reading your post: resetting the computer did not cause your no-start. That simply clears the codes that may have helped us determine the problem.

lol yep that was the problem. I took off the valve and the car started after that, although it ran very bad >_>
My fiancees dad put a tube in one of the holes and restricted the air flow with it and the car started running better; unrestricting the tube slowly while giving it gas and the engine accelerates like it normaly should.
Bought a new valve yesterday but it will take 3 days to get here.
