Cylinder Not Firing

"Chk Eng" Code said #3 Piston not firing. I noticed that there was visible green, liquidy (not flaky / dry) corrosion on the female-connector. Tried QD Connector Clnr, and "worked" the connector in & out-- plugging and unplugging it from the coil; and periodically cleaning the male-side (the coil) w/ a lint-free swab but, that female connector still won't come clean! If I could get a brush down in there, THAT would be perfect but, I don't know of one (or anything else) that would be small enough to get down into those tiny little holes! I could probably figure it out BUT, I'm not real confident about taking the connector apart.
Any Ideas?

Spray it full of contact cleaner and get a can of keyboard cleaning compressed air and let it blow out the residue after the contact cleaner has worked a little while.
