Fuel Filter Question

Ok, I know this sounds stupid, but how do you get the fuel filter off of a 97 Geo Tracker?
I see the bolts but when I try and turn them the filter wants to twist the gas line and I'm scared of breaking off the gas line. There is a small bolt on the outside of the right side but that just makes gas leak out.
I've changed a lot of filters but never seen these kind of bolts before. Mostly just clips.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

these are call banjo bolts just use a open wrench to hold the filter and use a socket on the bolts and remember to relieve pressure first, you can do this by removing the fuel pump fuse while is running until it stop
