Surging Problems 98 GTP

Hi,

Just this last week my car has been hesitating and surging. When I take off the idle will drop about 1,000 rpms and jump back up, multiple times. Sometimes when I'm sitting at a light and the car will all of a sudden try to lunge forward. The SES light is on most of the time and when it does go away it doesn't take long for it to come back on.

So far it's stalled out on me twice. I can be driving 50mph and the rpms will still jump up and down.
