Purchasing a 95' ES 300 (Advice Please)

Hi,
I am looking at purchasing an 95' ES300 for $3500 with 93K miles on it. The problem is that it has been in an accident, don't know what kind yet. It needs a paint job, fuel ejector fixed, minor hood work and it had two previous owners. I haven't gotten the VIN# or taken for a test drive. I would like to know your opinion. Should I purchase this car and do the touch ups given that the car has no other damage to it? What do you estimate the cost to be for repair work?
