New Idle problem install of throttle body Spacer

I have a 95' Honda Civic 1.6ltr Vtec. As of yesterday I had NO PROBLEMs with it. It ran awesome. I installed a throttle body spacer (simple bolt off bolt on, no mods at all) Now my idle bounces from 1000 to ~1700 every second. I removed the spacer and put car back to original configuration and still the problem exists.
I have removed and cleaned the the IACV and the fast idle valve. Nothing helps. I have tapped on the IACV while it was running and there was no change in the idle. I measured resistance on the valve and i got 12 Ohms. Any ideas guys?

Try taking the grounding cable off the battery to reset the vehicle. See if that works.

I dont think I switched them. I dont even think the TPS harness can reach the MAP sensor. But I will check and let you know.

Checked it, its hooked up right. This is very frustrating, my car was perfect two days ago now its F***ed up. It runs fine when i get over 1500 RPMs. But idling sucks, it bounces back and forth. sucks driving thru a parking lot going vroomm vrooom vrooom!

I talked to a mechanic today and he said that I need to pull out the Hazard fuse cause it resets the computer. He said that taking the ground of the battery does not reset the fault codes. I will try this when I get home...crossing fingures!

I changed out the fast idle valve from a 93 civic and there was no change. My new IACV should be here tmaro, hopefully it works
