Are sure it is engine coolant?
What color is it?
Are you losing engine coolant?
Any engine miss or overheating?

If it truly is coolant and not just water vapor condensing from combustion, that sounds like a bad head gasket or bad head gaskets to me. As previous post asked: are you losing some coolant as well?

Definitely a head gasket or cracked or warped head. Coolant is getting into the combustion chamber.

The exhaust will smell sweet if it is coolant. Have a leak-down test performed to verify it is the intake gasket. Good luck!
