air conditioning

i just checked the pressure on the ac not running was 140 and running was 65 what could be wromg with it help would be nice asap because i live in arizona and it is hot and also it stops blowing cold if it idles for a long time

and also did these cars come with green dye in the ac from the factory becuse i see it in the low port maybe someone overcharged it
