Recently installed aftermarket projector headlights w/halos and an underglow kit on my '98 grand prix, looking for ideas how wire it so the halos and underbody light up with a remote, ideally the factory fob. Help?

Mmmmmm good question.
Do you want them to flick on and off quick when you push unlock like your headlights?
If not, you may have to use that signal and set up some sort of a timer circuit and isolate it from the headlights with relays.
Its going to be rather difficult.
Lets see what Mr Doctorhardward says. He must be an electrical guru. He knows all.

As Tim suggested above, with several questions. Do you want them to flash just like the headlights do? Or do you want to be able to turn on the lights with the key fob and keep them on and be able to turn them on and off? It is still possible to do that, it is not that hard to do either. The second scenario is possible but will take a little doing with some circuitry, the first one would be done with a relay. Which is not very hard at all to do.

Welll ideally i could get the halos and underbody to light up and stay on using the unlock and/or lock buttons on the fob, but that seems difficult. otherwise i need to know where i'd be able to get an aftermarket remote linked to a switch inside the car. Right now there is a wire running from the battery to the switch included in the kit (installed in the dashboard) and then from the switch into the hub that runs to the four separate tubes. To start, where can i get a remote-tripped switch to replace the one in the dash?
