I just bought a '95 GMC Sierra (I know I'm in the wrong forum but this is larger then the GMC one). All the turn signals light up fine they just don't blink. I have checked all the bulbs and they are fine. I replaced the flasher and no luck. The switch works fine since the bulbs light up when I push it. Anyone have any other ideas?

you didnt change 4 way flasher by mistake? i've seen it happen, flasher is only a qwik recovery circuit breaker while in circuit it heats up opens then closes again and again until power is removed. if you changed correct flasher check for correct bulbs and grounds

I got the right flasher. I was going to start chasing ghosts today but didn't really know where to start.

Does the 4W work?
Does the brake lights work?
Does the turn signal switch voltage to rear and front signal lights?

All work. Bulbs, flasher, and the correct bulbs light when the switch is activated, they just don't flash.

does your truck have toe hitch? if so check connections there. check # on bulbs installed see if correct for your veh, diff resistances of diff bulbs can cause problems i am clutching at straws now. good luck
