Tiptronic Help

I have a 2003 Passat. I know very little about cars so I'm hoping to gain some knowledge upon this issiue. I noticed my car has "tiptronic transmission" To the point now, I'm just wondering if anyone could explain to me how to drive this style? Thank you

Tiptronic transmission allows you to shift a clutch less, like a manual/standard car. Just follow the shift + to shift up/- to down shift in manual mode. If you have your owners manual follow the instructions. It's easy!
