no fuel pump power?

tryin to get a 95 lebaron running again. only has 50k miles, everything in decent condition. cranks but i don't hear the fuel pump when i turn the key to the on position and it won't start. replaced the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay.also drained the nasty old gas and put some new gas in it when i changed the fuel pump. none of those three things made a difference..... please give your advice.

I have a similar problem.
But it happens intermittently.
Fuel pump will go on sometimes and sometimes not.
Changed relay, no effect.

Anybody got any idea what can be happening?
