Welcome to the forum!
In the future, please incorporate punctuation into your posts as it's quite difficult to read when we can't tell where one thought stops and the next begins.
Do you have access to a scan tool that may be able to pull diagnostic codes? Many chain auto parts stores will scan the codes for free, but you often have to get the car to their store for that service. If you have access to a code reader or scan tool, please post the exact code numbers here, not just someone's interpretation of their definition. The code numbers should be in the form 'P0123.'
Without having diagnostic codes or access to the car, it's difficult to suggest what could be the problem. You might start though by checking the air intake tubing from the air filter to the throttle body to make sure it has not become disconnected and doesn't have a hole/crack in it. Unmetered air entering the intake after the mass air flow (MAF) sensor could cause the symptoms you describe. Additionally, a large vacuum leak could cause the issues as well.
If you had a couple of cylinders that were misfiring, you might experience similar symptoms as well. Which engine does your car have (12V Vulcan SOHC or 24V Duratech DOHC or FFV)?

Can you keep it running holding the throttle down ? You may need an idle valve.
