bad habits

so i've developed a weird habit of resting my left arm on the top of the door panel when i'm on the highway and now there is an increasingly large dent where my elbow sits. its kinda starting to bother me but i kind think of any solutions. could i some how reinforce the panel to allow for this cuz i definitely cant stop. help?

Damn a dent?How hard do you rest your arm?Please post pics

the interior door panel structure is sort of a particle board...it shouldn't dent. There may be a dent in the foam for a while but it should go away eventually.
