stalls when pulling away/bucks

i have a 2002 montana and it recently started to stall once and awhile when pulling away, and it "bucks" while driving, it seems to only do this after the engine warms up. any ideas?, i am stumped

how many miles on the plug wires? how long since the sparkplugs were changed ? how many miles on the fuel filter?
