need help with daily driver a 05 tdi

ok heres what i got! 2005 jetta tdi auto with 118,000 on it.i noticed a lack of power and hard starting so i changed the fuel filter, i didn't have any fuel to put in it cause i was at my job.i cycled the key 5 times figuring that the electric fuel pump would fill up the filter.i started the car and it ran for 15 seconds and then died,now i can't get the car to start.i did removed the lines from the filter and filled the filter with fuel, but still no start.i can't hear the fuel pump running, and i can't find any relays or fuses to check for power.so i need help with the location of them or anything else u guys think i should check.thanks in advance.
