Need help finding part for 2001 Caravan front brakes

Hi Everyone

I just finished replacing pads and rotors on the front of my 2001 Caravan. One caliper pin on each side has a rubber sleeve in a pin groove (similar to the features for an Oring). I don't believe that the rubber sleeves will last much longer and need to be replaced (they swell up and almost fall off the pins and interfere with smooth engagement of the pin in the bore).

My problem is finding a source for replacements. Has anyone found a place to buy these?
