Import From Germany?

Hey, Im new
I was wondering if it is possible to import like a 97 or 98 Audi A4 from Germany to California? I know California has really strict exhaust emissions laws and regulations, and was wondering if this were possible.
Also, do they make any A4's in Germany that are weaker than the 1.8T?
Like do they make ones without turbo? thanks

nooo not at all. My grandma has an audi that she never drives, but lives in germany and would give it to me for free. The first link isnt working.

dont know about germany but here in the uk we have a 1.6 and also a 1.8 non turbo (b5 platform)
