1990 chevy blazer

hello i have a 1990 chevy blazer s-10...4.3 6 cylinder...the battery / volt gauge on my dash is setting below 14 volts or half way...just put a new battery / starter and altenator on it...cleaned all negative grounds and still cant gauge up over half where it should be...any ideas guys...its driving me crazy...ive started it about 5 times since new parts were put on and it starts fine but im afraid to take it anywhere because its left me stranded with a dead battery last week...thanks in advice...bob

Good repair advice is like making good wine it takes time.:sarcasmsign:
Give them a little time and someone will help you.
Dash gauge is only a indicater that does not work all of the time.
Give us the volt meter reading from pos to neg battery cables engine off and the engine running at idle and at 2K RPM. WITH EVERY THING TURNED OFF THEN ON.
