power brake problem

The power resevoir is full. Start the car the fluid goes way down. As u steer it becomes stiffer added fluid still stiff. Then when u shut if off fluid gets foamy and over flows!

Anybody have a solution?

I think you are not getting circulation through the power steering pump. Look for crimped hoses or damaged metal tubing. With the car on jack stands move the steering wheel back and forth and see if this helps. Is this a new pump you installed or an old pump?
