1978 440

I am wondering if anyone knows how much a 1978 440 motor is worth? I have a friend who is trying to sell it within a week (from Richmond IN). It is in a motor home and in running condition. Im not sure how many miles are on it. If anyone is interested or knows anything about these motors any help would be gladly accepted.
