2001 Civic EX Advice

Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a 2001 Civic EX, 110kmi, 5spd, dealer maintained, good condition. The dealer is asking $4995 but he is willing to negotiate. I have heard that the timing belts should be changed around this mileage. I am trying to find out if it was changed recently.
Other than the timing belt does anyone have any recommendations on other things to check on (besides the usual: tire wear, belts etc.)? I figure there would probably be a few owners on here that could point me towards some common issues with this model. Thanks in advance.
Tom

At 110k they would also do (or should) the water pump, belt tensioner both drive belts and the spark plugs.
