sunroof problem?

can somebody tell me the part name that i need to replace in my sunroof. it is the piece that runs all the way around the sunroof and every time i try to get the sunroof to go all the way up it doesn't want to do so...it makes a weird stripping noise and it leaves a corner of the sunroof a lot lower then the rest of the corners. i really need to replace this part...my car has some water in the floorboards. i really appreciate any help.
