1997 Accord OEM Stereo CD Changer Pinout

I have been looking all over for the pinouts for the cd changer plug on my OEM stereo tape player in my 97 Accord. I looked in my Hanes manual, but they don’t include any stereo information on this car. I want to build a harness for a 3.5mm female input that I plan to mount in the center console. I know there are a couple of companies that are selling adapters for this sort of thing, but they want way too much for them. I could make my own for next to nothing if I could just identify the pins on the back of the OEM head unit.

Thanks!

I have a 2001 Acura TL and replaced the battery and my stereo is locked. The code in the glove box is B01133391A. Can anyone please help. Thanks.
