1998 Olds Intrigue - Radiator leaking

Good Day!
Radiator is leaking at the top.
Water is dripping from a bundle of electrical wires that run along the top of the radiator.
I think the problem may be a faulty electrical seal.
The bundle of wires runs along the right hand side of the radiator from the overflow tank to the center. It is dripping from the overflow tank side, the center is dry.
It looks like I have to remove the radiator to be able to see the top. I am not sure if there is space to be able to do that.
Is there an easier way I am not seeing?
Thanks,
Joe

The electrical wires have nothing to do with the water leak. The water is leaking somewhere onto the wires, but they have nothing in common.
Move the wiring and look. You can usually remove an upper radiator support to gain access to the radiator.
