I started this build while waiting for parts for my NSR500, I love SR400/500's! This will be built how I want my 1:1!

Only problem is those spokes! Will attempt to replace with 'real' looking spokes.

I am using guitar string, as they are strong and are in many sizes and cheap! I will replace one at a time so I don't lose the pattern in which the spokes go! phew! I have bent the end of the spoke 90deg to lock into the hole, and rested the other end in a notch which I will fill with putty, then sand flat so I can fit the other half of rim.................

I oing to enjoy this as I have a 1/9th Harley which needs the wires replaced, look forward to more.
