power steering help!

hey guys once again im in some s***t! saturday i baught a new a/c compressor for my 1998 grand prix gt, removing he old one and installing the new one went smoothly but when i was putting the belt back i noticed the power steering loose to i go to check why i the two bolts fell out when i looked at it the bolds actually broke in the engine block (god knows how) now my problem comes to get the broken pcs out. the space is too tight to fit any drill to get to them, i really dont want to take out the entire motor to get to two holes so i took out the motor mount, the bracket drive shaft and the shcks i got the bottom screw out but the top one is still too high. are there any tools or possible ways to get to the top screw. i already tried from the top i took out the alternator and the tensioner assembly to make room but its still not enough

I was always wondering why they used such small wimpy bolts for them things.

May have to lower the passenger side of the cradle. Use plenty of jackstands. A reverse bit might come in handy for extraction.
