94 s10 remote keyless entry programing instructions needed

I just bought my 3rd 94 blazer and it has remote keyless entry but...it didn't come with the keypad. So, I ordered one and it didn't come with programing instructions for a blazer (go figure).

Does anyone have the instructions I need to program my keyless entry? Again, it's a 94 s10 LT.
