I would recommend a bore job and oversize pistons. You also can get a sleeve installed. Price a rebuilt short block as this is cheaper a lot of times. I couldn't buy the parts and pay for machine shop labor for a standard engine as cheap.

I dont want to get the block out the van I will onlyu lift the engine and work under to disconnect the rod , I'm planning to hone the cylinder and put a new rod and standard piston and ring because the cylinder is not scracth, would you do this?

It can be done but buy a set of these. http://www.ntxtools.com/ Search 50215 Ask a machine shop to check the measurement of the one you set.
Then buy a piston the proper size. Very important make sure the hole is round.
I wouldn't do this but I don't have as much energy as you do as I'm a lot older. Basically do as much as you can afford and as good as you can.
