Radiator fan not working

My radiator fan is not turning on. I tested the motor and it works, I tried replacing the resistor which didn't make a difference. I swapped out the condenser fan relay (which is working) for my radiator fan relay, this made no difference. I should mention I was using a data logger to test the fans so I think that pretty much rules out the temp sensor being the culprit. However, when I run the test I can hear the relay for the fan click on, and then once the test finishes it clicks off.
If anyone has any ideas please help. The only thing that I can think of is the wiring harness to the fan being corroded at some point after the relay. Thanks for the help.

It is plugged in. I will try testing to see if I'm getting any current.

if you get low current check for resistance, you might have a broken wire somewhere...which would suck to track down
