Sup guys. I first would like to thanks you guys that have helped me with my questions regarding paint. These are the first three models I have done after extensive reading on this site. The crx and del sol are regards to what I actually own in real life.

They look good! The pictures could be clearer though. Is your real CRX or Del Sol RHD??

Well you got the paint down pat! They look great. You're off to a good start in modeling. I'd encourage you to give a try to detail painting the interiors, and if you're brave, to paint the windows (where the 1:1s are painted on the glass). That would really bring your future projects to the next level. But these are great! Exterior paint is so very tricky to get right, so you've definitely gotten over the hump. I can't wait to see what Hondas you've got coming for us!

How can I get to the window frames and paint them semi gloss black? It looked extremely difficult.
As for the crx, yeah, it is rhd with a jdm gsr in it. But my del sol is lhd.
Thanks for the compliments

Me too. I like to outline the window on the inside, right along where the fogged area intersects the clear areas. I use a very fine black Sharpie. Then I lay masking tape over it, I use Tamiya tape (their 40mm tape is wide enough to cover most windshields with one piece) because it sticks well and is translucent enough for me to see my Sharpie marks. Then, with a VERY sharp knife, a brand new Xacto no11 is ideal, I cut away the tape from where it covers the etched areas of the window. Then, with a couple very THIN coats of black paint (I find flat paint runs less), I paint the sections painted on the 1:1s. This looks perfect from the outside, since the real thing is painted on the inside, too. Hope this helps!
