97 sunfire clutch leak

we keep having to fill the cluth res. about every month. I was under the car today and noticed some oil that looks like and smells like clutch oil coming out of the hole at the bottom of the tranny. Im i in deep trouble or is this an easy fix. Man this car sure has had its share of troubles as of lately. Think we may sell it.
