Motor swap

I have a 5.3 vortec and wont to put it in a 1992 c/k 1500..........
Will it work and how hard????????????

Exhaust, trans assy, mounts, pcm and harness for engine and trans, drive shaft, in tank pump and lines, and lots of other stuff I am sure!!

i have all of that including steering column and all of dash harness.. i just need to no if the motor will mount ez to the350 trany...or will i need to use the same trany and motor "from the 5.3 votec"...if so i dont think it will work cuz its a 4wd ext. cab and the truck i wont to put it into is a 1992 c/k reg. cab 2wd
