Tire squeak

I had the brakes fixed on my 2001 venture and now the front right wheel squeaks. Almost like there is dust on the brakes, but there isn't. It does this whenever I'm moving slow whether the brakes are applied or not. Sometimes the rain prevents the squeak but most time the rain doesn't do anything for it. I was told it could be that I need to grease the barrings.

Is there anything else it could be?
