power problem in the t bird

i have a 92 t bird with the 5.0.... i bought a new altenator and battery and im still havin issus with my battery power i replaced the alt 2 weeks ago and the car ran fine then a week later battery power stared fadding thus causing the car to stop running then i bougt a new battery and battery power is still fadding any ideas.. i looked at the wiring and conectors and there all in good shap:runaround:

Advance Auto and Auto Zone will change the charging system free, get this done. If its charging properly you can have a drain like a relay or light bulb staying on running the battery down. Repost if this is your problem and I will give you some guidelines to check.

Welcome to the forum ster. I think rhandwor meant to say they will check the system for free! Be sure all of the cables have clean and tight connections. This means not only the battery and alternator connections but also where the ground cables are connected to the body and engine.
