Just wanted to say hello....

I'm new to this board and thought I'd say hello. It's been quite some time since I've built a model and when I did I sucked at it :p ! Well, I'm a little older now, have a little more patience, and have a little more $$$ to spend (not much more) so I decided to get back into the hobby. Hopefully I can start building up my knowledge base and skills and become a contributing member to the board in the near future.

Depending on how long you've been away from modeling, but the quality of modern kits are much more refined, making it a bit easier to make a decent model. I'm not a great modeller, but the quality of Tamiya kits really does complement the modeller.
