1996 cavalier 2.2 shocks

I have to change my shocks on my 1996 2.2 should i reuse my old springs and and shock mounts or should i buy new?

I think you mean strut, not shock (talking about the front end, right?). I like the "Quick Struts" (I think they're Monroe, other manufacturers probably have the same thing with a different name), they come fully assembled with new everything. You should do the mounts any time you do struts, and Quick Struts are only a little bit more than struts and mounts, but you get new dust boots, bump stops, springs, and spring isolators.
If you do mean shock (rear), just do the shock. The springs require additional and unnecessary work. The new shock will come with new bushings ("mounts"?).

Im talking about both front and rear i already have the skocks and struts so i will buy new springs and all
