98 Silverado, no start when hot

I have a 98 Silverado 5.7L 113k miles. Just started to have problems with starting. On really hot days if the cabin temperature is hot, the truck won't start until it sits for about 10 minutes with the windows down. On other days when it's cool then I have no problems. Any ideas? Thanks
