A/C Problems

I have a 2001 tribute 2.0L DX 4X4 my A/C isn,t blowing cold air. I purchased 12a to recharge it but when i connected the gage it reads 66 psi. without engine running and 30-38 with engine running. My refrigerant hose from the condenser to the evaporator feels warm right before the orifice tube and realy cold near the evaporator. Plus it drip,s condensation normally. Everything outside seem's to be fine, is there somthing inside i should be looking for. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
