cylinder missfire

i have 2 1991 geo storms with the 1.6 engine. they both seem to have a missfire on #3 cyl.
they run smooth for about 5 seconds when you start them warm then #3 starts to miss. both had crossthreaded plugs holes but i fixed those but still the same problem. has new plugs and wires and cap/rotor. compression is good on all cyl. engine seems to smooth out as you rev it up. i noticed inside of distributor was pretty rusty but think if that was problem would not run at all or have random misfires. just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem on one. also i get a yellow A/S light in dash that comes on at random times, any idea what it is?
