93 s10 blazer problem

it runs rough and it shifts into overdrive at like 15mph.im getting the codes 33 and 43.i need nelp.

and i torn into the cpi replaced the seals. when i put it back together it wouldnt start.it wasnt spraying fuel out of the lines.then i liet it set for about 10 mins and it started sprayin.bad ground????
