Driving, and the engine dies

I had an absolutely horrible day yesterday. First flat tire in the middle of nowhere and having to wait 4 hours in 95 degree heat to have someone help me, that's a dif story though. I am on my way home after this happened, and I would be going about 70. All of the sudden the car dies. I am like oh great what now? So I pull over, and try to start, nothing. I notice the check engine light is on, but it goes off right after I notice. I try starting, starts right up, no problems. We take off. About 2 miles down, it does it again. No warnings it is about to happen. Pull over, this time it took longer for it the light to go out, but does eventually. Starts right up. I continue on another 30 miles no problems.

Here are the codes it's throwing.........

Code 13 (13 flashes) Atmospheric pressure

Code 15 (15 flashes) Ignition output signal

Code 16 (16 flashes) Fuel injector

I have a couple spare injectors, but what are the other 2 codes? By the way, 91 Civic LX, thanks.

i don't think it's injector. i would check the vaccuum line from map sensor to throttle body. even if there is a pin size hole it will screw it all up.

the IAT is known to throw an injection code when it goes faulty. it's right on top on the dx.

I checked the vaccuum lines, they seem fine. I have a spare distributor I am going to slap on it to see if it could be the ignition since it's throwing that code. It's 97 outside with 52% humidity, yeah, 107 feel, yay for me! Wish me luck.

Ok, just changed the distributor, and IAT. Now for the test drive. It seems to idle a lot smoother. Man it's a hot motha out there.

A few hours ago when I drove it, about 5 miles total, it died 3 times. Just now, when I drove about 7, it didn't die at all. It has more power also. So maybe this was it. I'm leaning toward the ignition being weak. Just guessing though. Glad I had this spare distributor on hand.
